Bouldering as part of training for mountain climbing
Bouldering is an ideal training of climbing movement, strength and endurance. It is climbing short sections on rock or on an artificial wall without the need for a rope and belay. On the artificial wall you just need to bring climbing shoes, magnesium and motivation. You don’t need anything more. You can climb and train alone or in a group. All you need is 2 hours to train 2 times a week and your strength and endurance will improve dramatically.
